People and Elevators

Ok, so I have been gone for some time now and I just want to say I am sorry for that. I plan to make up for it.

I have always wondered why people don’t understand the concept of elevators. Yes, I know that you are aware it takes you up and down. But you should also know that other people use this crazy contraption as well. Push the button and wait….Yeah, don’t think that you’re just going to walk right in when the door opens. Why not? Because someone might be on the way out and then you stand there with a look of surprise and amazement on your face that someone is in ‘your’ elevator.

Dammit! It’s like every day I run into the same person standing at the door ready to get in when all I want to do is get out. And everyday they are right in front of the door and act like it’s a problem to actually let me out. Well, I don’t want to let you in and ride the elevator with you to another floor just to go back to the floor I was just at. MOVE BACK WHEN YOU WAIT and don’t give me that stupid look like “I can’t believe you’re in the elevator look”, you see me every day and know that I will most likely be on it tomorrow at the same time!!
